2010年临床腹腔感染患者病原菌的分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的 了解我院2010年腹腔感染的病原菌分布情况及其耐药性.方法 应用VITEK-2 Compact全自动细菌鉴定仪进行细菌鉴定,采用微量肉汤稀释法进行药物敏感试验.结果 共分离菌株242株,其中革兰阳性球菌80株(33.1%),革兰阴性杆菌146株(60.3%),真菌16株(6.6%);分离率最高的前5位病原菌为大肠埃希菌(71株,29.3%)、屎肠球菌(26株,10.7%)、肺炎克雷伯菌(21株,8.6%)、铜绿假单胞菌(16株,6.6%)和表皮葡萄球菌(13株,5.4%).大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)阳性菌分别为34株、4株.耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)和凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRCNS)分别为5株、15株.结论 我院腹腔感染主要病原菌以大肠埃希菌为代表的革兰阴性菌为主,肠球菌和葡萄球菌为革兰阳性菌中的主要致病菌.细菌耐药形势仍很严峻,应采取更加积极有效的措施控制耐药菌的增多与传播.
