| 摘 要： | 目的 检测结直肠癌组织中KAI-1、nm23-H1基因及蛋白的表达,探讨其在结直肠癌浸润转移中的作用及临床意义.方法 以45例结直肠癌手术标本为研究对象,分别采用荧光实时定量PCR和免疫组织化学方法检测肿瘤组织和切端组织中KAI-1、nm23-H1的mRNA及蛋白表达水平,并结合临床病理资料进行统计学分析.结果 结直肠癌组织中KAI-1和nm23-H1的mRNA表达水平及蛋白表达阳性率均显著低于切端组织,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);淋巴结转移者KAI-1、nm23-H1的mRNA表达水平及蛋白表达阳性率均显著低于不伴淋巴结转移者,且二者会随着浸润深度及Dukes分期的增加而表达下降,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结直肠癌组织中KAI-1 mRNA的表达均与nm23-H1的表达呈正相关(rs值分别为0.583和0.327,P＜0.05).结论 KAI-1和nm23-H1低表达均与结直肠癌的侵袭转移有关,联合检测这两项指标有助于指导临床治疗和预测肿瘤进展.
