| 摘 要： | 目的对阪崎肠杆菌新疆分离株侵袭乳鼠肠组织引起病变的特征进行分析。方法阪崎肠杆菌新疆分离株经产毒培养后，灌胃ICR乳鼠，7d后，无菌解剖取肠组织，制做切片，HE染色后镜下观察。结果乳鼠小肠、结肠、直肠发生明显病变。结论阪崎肠杆菌新疆分离株对机体具有潜在危害。

| Abstract: | In orde to analyze the characteristics of invasiveness on suckling mice intestinal tissue by Enterobacter sakazakii strains isolated from Xinjiang,3 to 4 days old ICR suckling mice were inoculated intragastrically with 0.1mL of the toxin cultivation for 4 days and observed for another 3 days.Mice were euthanized with ethylether and the entire intestinal tract were removed for pathological section and microscopic examination after hematoxylin and eosin stain.Pathological changes were apparent in small intestine,ecolon and rectum.The isolates of E.sakazakii in Xinjiang have potential hazard. |
