| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脑卒中住院患者负性情绪及其影响因素.方法 选择180例脑卒中住院患者,用负性情绪评定量表(激惹、抑郁和焦虑自评量表,IDA)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和美国心脏病学会卒中结局评价量表(AHA.SOC)进行调查.结果 180例脑卒中住院患者中,负性情绪(激惹、焦虑和抑郁)在性别、性格、卒中性质、睡眠质量和卒中结局的功能状态方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).多重线性回归分析显示,脑卒中住院患者的负性情绪与其性格、功能状态水平和PSQI得分有关.结论 医护人员应高度重视卒中后患者的情绪障碍对疾病康复和疗效的影响,从多维度进行干预来改善患者的负性情绪,以促进其早日康复.
