| 摘 要： | 本研究阐述了连续性卫生服务的含义,并且从城市社区难以建立相对固定的医患关系、难以实现医防融合以及医疗卫生信息难以得到全面整合三个方面,深入分析了城市社区卫生服务机构提供连续性卫生服务所面临的困境.最后从改善社区人力资源、完善管理体制及加速区域医疗卫生信息化建设等角度,提出了相应的政策建议.
