谷胱甘肽硫转移酶及活性氧与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 通过检测阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者血清谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GSH-ST)活力、活性氧(ROS)水平的变化,探讨OSAHS患者体内氧化应激状态和抗氧化酶的变化及其临床意义.方法 选择OSAHS患者(OSAHS组)及健康人(对照组)各30例,两组受检者的性别、年龄和体质指数间有均衡性.所有受检者在夜间入睡前及晨醒后抽取静脉血,用比色法测定各组GSH-ST活力及抑制羟自由基(OH·)能力、抗超氧阴离子自由基(O-2)能力.结果 OSAHS组睡前血清抑制OH·能力、抗O-2能力较对照组降低,OSAHS组这2个指标晨起比睡前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);OSAHS组血清GSH-ST活力较对照组增高(P<0.01),OSAHS组血清GSH-ST活力晨起与睡前无明显变化(P>0.05);OSAHS组睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)与晨起血清抑制OH·能力、抗O-2能力均呈负相关,与血清GSH-ST活力均呈正相关;OSAHS组血清GSH-ST活力与晨起抑制OH·能力、抗O-2能力呈负相关.结论 OSAHS患者有持续的氧化应激存在,并与OSAHS严重程度相关;OSAHS患者GSH-ST活力增高,且与OSAHS严重程度及氧化应激的程度有相关性.
