超声对常见过期流产的鉴别诊断价值

目的 总结过期流产的超声声像图特征,探讨几种常见过期流产超声声像图的鉴别诊断方法.方法 选取94例临床疑诊过期流产的患者,均采用经阴道二维及彩色多普勒超声检查,将超声检查结果与临床病理进行对比分析.总结几种常见过期流产的超声声像图特征.结果 94例临床疑诊过期流产患者中,超声诊断62例,术后病理确诊67例,超声诊断准确率为92.5%,误诊5例(占7.5%).67例过期流产超声图像大概分为3类:Ⅰ类,空囊型31例(46.3%);Ⅱ类,混合回声型27例(40.3%);Ⅲ类,实质样团边缘包绕液暗区型9例(13.4%).其中有5例声像图不典型需与滋养细胞疾病、宫内膜息肉或黏膜下肌瘤相鉴别.结论 通过二维及彩色多普勒超声检查,可对绝大部分过期流产进行准确诊断.
