| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨神经内科门诊心理障碍患者的临床特征及诊治情况,提高综合医院医生对心理疾病的认识.方法 回顾性分析2008年1月-2010年1月我院神经内科门诊3 124例心理障碍患者的临床特征、疾病分类及治疗情况.结果 我院神经内科门诊心理障碍患者多为中老年,常伴基础疾病,男女性别比为1:1.7.疾病分类以神经症(占47.7%)和情感障碍(占26.3%)为主;神经症和情感障碍患者中使用抗抑郁药物治疗者占91%.结论 神经内科门诊心理障碍患者年龄偏大,常伴随基础疾病,症状涉及多个系统,需要加以辨别;治疗以药物治疗为主.
