茂名市2008～2009年手足口病流行病学分析

目的通过分析2008～2009年茂名市手足口病的流行病学特征，探讨茂名市手足口病疫情的控制策略。为手足口病的预防决策提供科学依据。方法对茂名市2008年、2009年手足口病监测结果和防制情况进行分析。结果2008-2009年，茂名地区共报告手足口病病例4389例，其中实验室诊断病例38例，重症病例4例，死亡病例2例，年平均发病率为37．58／10万，病死率为O．05％。实验室诊断病例中，EV71感染的占47．37％，CoxA16感染的占42．11％。病例男女性别比为2．33：1，年龄中位数为2岁，5岁以下年龄组病例占总病例数的89．43％。茂名市居民对手足口病的知晓率为79．02％。结论茂名市手足口病主要致病病毒类型为EV71和CoxA16。各地均有发病，以人群集中的城镇居多，季节性差异不明显，发病人群以5岁以下儿童为主。建立疾病监测系统，迅速开展流行病学调查和处理是现时控制疫情的关键，加强幼儿园卫生监督管理、培训医生、加强防治知识宣传也是防控手足口病的重要措施。

Prevalence and control of hand-foot-mouth disease in Maoming City
