| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨数字减影血管造影术(DSA)对不同病因的自发性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)的检出率.方法 对临床和影像学诊断为自发性SAH的180例患者行DSA检查,并对造影结果进行分析.结果 180例患者经DSA检查诊断为颅内动脉瘤142例,脑动静脉畸形8例,烟雾病3例,动静脉瘘3例,其中2例位于颅颈交界区,总检出率为86.67%,阴性24例.结论 DSA可以作为SAH患者病因诊断的主要方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effectiveness of digital subtraction cerebral angiography(DSA) in etiology diagnosis of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods We analyzed the data from 180 cases of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage confirmed by clinical and imaging evidences.Results A total of 180 patientes received DSA examination.Aneurysm were found in 142 cases,arteriovenous malformation were found in 8 cases,moyamoya were found in 3cases,and A-V fistula were found in 3cases(2 of them in the boundary... |
