| Abstract: | It summarized both the significance and the construction of work environment of nurses. It summed up the significance of constructing a good work environment of nurses. And it summarized the definition of personnel drop - out, the status quo and negative influence of nursing staff drop-out. It expounded the relationship between work environment of nurses and drop - out of nursing staffs as well. |
