| 摘 要： | [目的]比较活体供肾(LD)与尸体供肾(CD)移植受者术后的心理反应。[方法]应用器官移植受者心理反应量表(TxEQ)对61例LD受者和73例CD受者术后的心理反应进行调查分析。[结果]LD受者心理反应得分较CD受者高,尤其是对捐献者的内疚感、对移植器官的担心、术后责任感这3个维度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);肾移植受者的心理反应还受性别、移植年限、文化程度、年龄、婚姻状况等因素影响。[结论]移植类型不同,受者术后的心理反应不同;临床护理工作者应尽早评估受者术后的心理反应并给予个性化的护理。 |
