上海市黄浦区部分社区糖尿病患者生活质量及影响因素研究

目的调查和了解社区人群中糖尿病(DM)患者的生活质量,并分析其主要影响因素。方法采用自制一般资料调查表、SF-36量表对300例社区2型糖尿病患者进行调查分析。结果社会支持、年龄、文化程度、空腹血糖值、糖尿病知识掌握情况与糖尿病患者的生活质量有显著相关性,是其主要影响因素。结论应重视糖尿病患者的健康教育,加强家庭及社会对患者的支持,健全社区卫生保健服务。

A study on the quality of life and its influencing factors among type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in some communities of Huangpu district Shanghai

[Objective] To evaluate the quality of life among type 2 diabetes mellitus(MD) patients in the communities and its chief influencing factors. [Methods] Three hundred cases of type 2 DM patients were surveyed by questionnaire which included the individual conditions and a short form SF-36 measuring scale.
