| 摘 要： | 乙胺碘呋酮是一种广谱抗心律失常药,近年来广泛应用于治疗各种心律失常,近期疗效显著,但国内对小儿病例报告较少。我院儿科1983年9月至1984年10月对31例心律失常的患儿用乙胺碘呋酮治疗,现报告如下:

| Abstract: | There were 24 cases of ventricular extrasystole, 2 of auricular extrasys-tole, 3 of auricular extrasystole with auricular tachycardia, one auricularextrasystole with nodal extrasystole and one nodal extrasystole with ventri-cular extrasystol. The effective rate was 91.6% in ventricular extrasystole(3 of it got worse after cold). No any severe side-effect was combined.Only 3 cases with bradycardia, 2 with nausea and vomiting, 5 with headcheand vertigo have been seen. It was suggested that amiodarone is one of themost effective drug in treating superventricular and ventricular arrhythmias. |
