深圳福田区社区全人口肺结核病归口管治模式及效果评价

目的评价社区全人口结核病归口管治模式的效果。方法统计归口管治模式实施前后肺结核病人例数、转归情况等;对246名接受全程督导治疗的新确诊的肺结核病人的进行2个月的肺结核病有关知识的于健康教育,于健康教育前后分别进行肺结核病健康知识问卷调查。结果社区全人口肺结核病人归口管治前后对比,户籍和暂住结核病人到位率、涂阳病人治愈率间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。健康教育前后肺结核病人对各项结核病相关知识的知晓率间差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论社区全人口肺结核病归口管治模式成效显著,能有效地控制区域结核病疫情。

Mode of Sort Management of Pulmonary Tuberculosis for Community Population and Assessment on Its Effectiveness in Futian District of Shenzhen

Objective To explore the effective mode of detection,treatment and management of pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) for community population and its influential factors.Methods The cases of PTB patients and their outcome before and after the sort management of PTB for community population was implemented were statistically analyzed.Health education on the knowledge of PTB was conducted for 246 newly diagnosed patients with PTB who received treatment of the whole superintended course for two months.Before and after the health education,the questionnaire survey was made on the health knowledge of PTB.Results There was a significant difference in the rate of regular treatment of both the resident and temporarily living patients with PTB and the cure rate of the smear-positive patients before and after the sort management of PTB for community population (P<0.01).And there was also a significant difference in the awareness rate of the relative knowledge on the PTB before and after health education (P<0.01).Conclusion The sort management mode of pulmonary tuberculosis for community population is of high efficiency,it can effectively control the regional epidemicity of tuberculosis.
