| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效.方法:将80例脑梗死患者随机分为对照组40例,采用常规用药脉络宁、维脑路通、尼莫地平、胞二磷胆碱等治疗;治疗组40例,在对照组治疗的基础上加服通心络胶囊,每次3粒、每日3次,口服,两组均以14 d为1个疗程.结果:对照组与治疗组比较,治疗组有效率92.5%,对照组有效率87.5%,两组疗效比较,P<0.05.结论:通心络胶囊可改善急性期脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损,提高患者的日常生活能力.
