复方桃红合剂的薄层层析研究

目的：建立复方桃红合剂的薄层层析方法。方法：采用薄层层析方法对红花、川芎、白芷及大枣进行定性鉴别。结果：该法色谱斑点清晰,无杂质干扰,鉴别方法专署性强,重现性好。结论：建立了专署性较强的TLC鉴别桃红合剂中红花、川芎、白芷及大枣的方法,该法简便、快捷,可作为该产品质量控制的定性鉴别方法。

TLC compound mixture of pink

Objective：To established the pink mixture of compound TLC method. Methods：Thin layer chromatography on safflower,chuanxiong,angelica and the qualitative identification jujube. Results：Chromatographic spots were clear of the law,without interference of impurities,identification of the agency strong,reproducible. Conclusion：Agency establish TLC identification of a strong mixture of pink flowers,chuanxiong,angelica and the jujube of the method,the method is simple,fast and can be used for quality control of qualitative methods of identification.
