外伤性肺囊肿的诊断和治疗

目的探讨外伤性肺囊肿形成的原因及诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析我科14年收治的8例外伤性肺囊肿的临床资料。结果8例外伤性肺囊肿的病人全部非手术治愈，无肺内脓肿、局限性肺不张等并发症发生。结论单个体积小的肺囊肿经正确处理治疗多可治愈；体积大、多个肺囊肿相聚且囊肿之间有交通者，可在C型臂透视下行肺囊肿穿刺，抽出气、液并同时注入药物以及囊肿引流等处理而治愈。

Diagnosis and treatment of traumatic air-blood cyst of lung

Objective To investigate the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of traumatic air-blood cyst of lung.Methods A retrospective study involving 8 patients with traumatic air-blood cyst of lung admitted from 1992 to 2006 was carried out.Results All the patients had been cured by nonoperative procedures without complications such as intrapulmonary abscess.Conclusion The patients with single and small cyst were cured by hemostasis,use of expectorants and antibiotics.The other patients with single but big cyst or multiple and communicating with cysts received puncture in order to aspirate the gas and liquid,drain the cyst and infuse drugs into the cysts sequently under the diaphanoscopy.The physical and psychic harm to patients caused by lobectomy can thus be avoided.
