医院临时聘用护士的使用现状调查

目的 了解医院临时聘用护士的使用现状。方法 采用自行设计的调查问卷对湖北省15所医院的护理部主任进行了访谈。结果 临时聘用护士已成为护理队伍的重要组成部分，其劳动权益尚未得到很好的保障。结论 聘用制的用工制度是人事制度改革的必然趋势，21世纪护理人力资源管理应予以足够重视，以适应社会变革的需要，促进专业的发展。

The investigation of status quo of temporarily employed nurses in hospitals

Objective To understand the status quo of temporarily employed nurses in some hospital of Hubei Province. Methods Directors of nursing department in 15 hospitals of Hubei province were interviewed by self-designed questionnaire. Results The temporarily employed nurses became an important part of nurse staff, but their labor right were not protected deservedly. Conclusion The system of employing is an inevitable trend because of the reform of personnel system. The management of human resource should be emphasized in 21st century in order to meet the reform of society and promote the development of specialty.
