| 摘 要： | 目的：获得大量纯化的尿素酶Ｂ蛋白，为下一步的幽门螺杆菌疫苗研制作准备。方法：采用ＰＣＲ方法克隆尿素酶Ｂ基因，利用基因工程技术进行基因重组，构建表达工程菌。结果：通过对载体、培养条件的优化选择，实现了尿素酶Ｂ编码基因在大肠杆菌中的高效表达。结论：克隆到的尿素酶Ｂ编码基因和表达的蛋白，其氨基酸序列与文献报道一致。

| Abstract: | Background/Aims: To obtain Hp UreB protein for studying Hp vaccine. Methods: The UreB gene was cloned from genetic DNA of HP by PCR and constructed into pQE plasmid. Results: The plasmid high-efficiently express in E.coli strain M15. Conclusions: The encoding amino acid sequence of the cloned UreB gene was identical to that of document. The first-15th N-terminal amino acid sequence of the protein expressed was identical to that of the mature natural protein. |
