| 摘 要： | ①目的探讨应用美国国立卫生研究所脑卒中评分(NIHSS)评价急性脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损程度的有效性。②方法收集入住神经内科的急性脑梗死患者441例,分别计算其入院前3天内NIHSS评分,并进行验证,建立回归模型。③结果441例患者的NIH-SS评分为2~31分,其中279例生存者评分平均为(9.94±4.51)分;162例死亡者评分者评分平均为(19.72±6.07)分,两者比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);进行logistic回归分析后得到死亡风险模型。④结论NIHSS评分系统构建的回归模型可应用于急性脑梗死患者危重程度及预后的评估。
