CT扫描在肺隔离症的诊断价值

目的 探讨CT扫描在肺隔离症的诊断价值.方法 搜集经手术病理证实的8例肺隔离症.全部病例均作CT平扫加增强扫描,其中6例行螺旋动态增强扫描.结果 8例肺隔离症均为肺叶内型,在两肺下叶后基底段,囊肿型5例、实质型2例、囊实型1例,7例可见特征性供血动脉.结论 CT检查能很好显示病灶部位、形态及异常供血动脉,是诊断肺隔离症最有价值的方法之一.

Diagnostic Value of CT Scan in Pulmonary Sequestration

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CT scan in pulmonary sequestration. Methods The data from the eight patients with pulmonary sequestration pathologically proved by operation have been collected. All the cases underwent plain and enhanced scan, of which the six did helical dynamic enhanced scan. Results The eight patients displayed intralobar sequestration at the base of the two lung inferior, cyst-like in the five cases, solid in the two, cyst- solid in the one. The characteristic blood-supplying arteries were seen in the seven patients. Conclusion CT examination, one of the most valuable methods, can reveal the position of the focus, shape and abnormal supplying arteries very well.
