| 摘 要： | 目的：观察高氧液对急性肺损伤（ALI）家兔肺组织水通道蛋白-1（AQP-1）表达的影响。方法：45只家兔随机分为对照组（A组）,急性肺损伤组（B组）和高氧液组（C组）,每组15只,B和C组采用撞击致急性肺损伤模型,C组同时给予舒氧康静滴,在0、0.5、1、2、4、6 h行血气分析,6 h后处死动物,测定肺湿/干比（W/D）及观察病理变化,免疫组化法观察肺组织AQP-1表达。结果：与A组相比,B组PaO2、SpO2显著降低（P〈0.05）,肺组织AQP-1表达显著下降（P〈0.05）,肺W/D显著增高（P〈0.05）;C组与B组比较,PaO2、SpO2明显升高（P〈0.05）,肺组织AQP-1表达增加（P〈0.05）,肺W/D显著增高（P〈0.05）。结论：高氧液通过调节肺组织AQP-1表达对急性肺损伤有保护作用。
