改良危重病人肠内营养护理方法降低误吸发生率的研究

目的研究危重病人在肠内营养期间误吸发生率降低的护理策略,减少吸入性肺炎的发生。方法统计2007年危重病人进行肠内营养期间发生误吸的情况,分析引起误吸的各种原因,制定相关的护理指引,由护理组长督促落实临床执行情况并评价护理效果,并对2008年危重病人肠内营养期间预防误吸发生的护理方法进行前瞻性研究,两组误吸发生率比较进行χ^2检验。结果针对发生误吸的原因,制定了切实可行的肠内营养护理指引,并由高级责任护士严抓落实,病人出现误吸的现象明显减少。结论危重病人肠内营养的安全管理,护理人员不但需要有丰富的专业知识、护理安全隐患意识,懂得正确、适时的评估,给予恰当、有效的预防干预,护理管理方面还需要人力资源设置及层级管理原则,抓环节质量管理,这样才能杜绝安全隐患。
