| 摘 要： | 本文运用Ｗｅｎｇｅｒ植物神经平衡因子分析法，随机检测６６例银屑病患者的植物神经功能状态。并进行矿泉浴前后比较。结果表明：（１）银屑病患者植物神经功能异常以交感神经功能增强为主（Ｐ〈０．０１）。（２）半汤矿泉浴对银屑病患者的植物神经功能，特别是交感神经功能有显著的调节作用（Ｐ〈０．０１）。提示：半汤矿泉浴调节植物神经功能，可能是治疗银屑病的机理之一。

| Abstract: | With wenger's analytical method of equilibrium factors ,66 cases of vegetative nerve functional state of psoriasis (VNFSP) was randomly inspected ,and was compared preand post-mineral spring bath. The results showed that:(1)the abnormal VNFSP is mainly sympathetic functional tension(P<0.01).(2) It is of adjustable action that Bantang mineral spring bath on VNFSP,especially for sympathetic function(P<0.01). It pointed out that it may be one of mechanism that Bantang mineral spring bath to adjust VNFSP to treat psoriasis. |
