氦—氖激光照射青霉素对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌作用的影响

摘    要:本文应用氦-氖激光分不同时间照射不同浓度的青霉素液体后,观察对金黄色葡萄球菌的影响,实验分两组。实验组采用氦-氖激光直接照射分别稀释成128,64,32,16,8,4,2,1,0.5,0.25单位的青霉素液体,每一种浓度的青霉素液体分别照射10,15,20,25,30分钟。结果,经不同时间照射后的不同浓度的青霉素液体的抑菌作用均比对照组明显,说明氦-氖激光照射青霉素液体后提高了青霉素对细菌敏感性,

Abstract:We observed the effect of different thickness penicillin liquid irradiated by He-Ne laser within different times on Staphylococcus aureus. The He-Ne laser irradiated directly penicillin liquid diluted into 128.64.32.16.8.4.2.1.0.5.0.25 units in testing group, the times of irradlation are 10.15.20.25.30 minutes at any level of penicillin. The results showed that the bacteriostasis of irradiated penicillin is obvious stronger than those of unirradiated penicillin. The He-Ne laser can increase sensitivity of penicillin on germ, its mechanism maybe absorb and reserve laser into liquid.It is a new may to improve sensitivity and reduce drug resistance of penicillin.
