| 摘 要： | 目的 研究开张式双牙合垫治疗磨牙症的临床疗效。方法 对48例磨牙症患者应用自制的开张式双牙合垫进行治疗，随访9个月。结果 戴用1个月停止磨牙率为37.5%，戴用9个月停止磨牙率为47.9%。戴用前后平均每夜磨牙时间减少有极其显著性（P＜0.01）。结论 开张式双牙合垫是治疗磨牙症的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effect of the tensile spring occlusal splint on bruxism.Methods48 patients of bruxism were treated with the tensile spring occlusal splint,and follow-up examinations were carried out in the following 9 month.Pre-treatment and post-treatment analysis was performed.Paired t-test were conducted to assess the treatment effects.Results37.5%patients stopped grinding in a month after using occlusal splint,and 47.9% stopped in 9 month.The average grinding frequency each night reduced remarkably（P0.01）after treatment.ConclusionsThe tensile spring occlusal splint is one of the effective methods in treating bruxism. |
