霉酚酸脂(MMF)治疗难治性肾病综合征10例报告

目的“霉酚酸脂”治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法对临床确诊的肾病综合征病人经规则糖皮质激素和环磷酰胺治疗无效的病人给予单一的霉酚酸脂20～25mg/(kg.d),规则撤减激素,同时观察霉酚酸脂的负反应、治疗前后血桨白蛋白、24小时尿蛋白定量、总胆固醇变化,所有病人疗程6个月。结果所有病人均显示治疗有效,临床浮肿症状均先后消失,三项实验指标前后对比差异均有高度显著性。结论霉酚酸脂对经糖皮质激素和环磷酰胺治疗无效的病人有显著临床疗效,值得进一步观察与研征。

Ten cases of MMF in the treatment of the failed nephrotic syndrone

Objective To assess the clinical effects of MMF on the failed Nephrotic syndrone. Methods MMF(20-25 mg/kg/d) was given to the patients of nephritic syndrone who had been regularly treated by glucocorticoid and cytoxan effectivelessly, reducing glucocorticoid systematically. Then observed the side effects of MMF, changes of albumin, 24hours urine protein quantu, total cholesterol before and after treatment. The course of treatment was six months. Results MMF is effectiveto all patients. Bloated symptom of patients disappeared successively. The difference of comparing three experimental markers before and after treatment was statistically significant. Conclusion MMF has clinical effects on the patients who have been regularly treated by glucocorticoid and cytoxan effectivelessly.
