针刺治疗偏头痛急性发作疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察针刺治疗偏头痛急性发作的临床镇痛疗效。方法将142例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组71例。治疗组采用针刺治疗,对照组采用口服镇痛药治疗,比较两组治疗前后头痛VAS计分及VAS加权值。结果治疗前后两组组内VAS计分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),治疗组治疗后VAS计分及治疗前后VAS计分差值与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗组总有效率为95.6%,对照组总有效率为89.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论针刺治疗偏头痛急性发作止痛效果佳,镇痛疗效优于口服镇痛药。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical analgesic effect of acupuncture on the acute migraine attack.Methods One hundred and forty-two migraine patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,71 cases each.The treatment group received acupuncture and the control group,oral administration of analgesics.Headache VAS scores and weighted values were compare between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the VAS score in both groups(P〈0.05).There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in both the VAS score and the pre-/post-treatment VAS score difference between the treatment and control groups(P〈0.05).The total efficacy rate was 95.6% in the treatment group and 89.9% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture has a good analgesic effect in treating the acute migraine attack.Its analgesic effect is superior to that of oral analgesics.
