高危孕妇围产期应用茵陈汤对新生儿黄疸的预防作用

目的 观察茵陈汤能否降低高危孕妇所生婴儿新生儿黄疸的发生率。方法 将孕期愿意服用茵陈汤至少1个月的177例孕妇列为研究组，拒绝孕期服用茵陈汤的293例高危孕妇列为对照组，比较两组孕妇所生婴儿新生儿黄疸的发生情况。结果 去除围产期危险因素后，两组孕妇围产期相关因素比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；两组孕妇产前肝功能主要指标比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05），但研究组新生儿生理性黄疸、病理性黄疸、流产和（或）死胎发生率均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对具有高危因素的孕妇孕期予以茵陈汤可以有效降低新生儿黄疸发病率，中医药在孕期的预防性用药具有较重要的临床意义。

Effect of Yinchen Decoction Used in Perinatal Period for High-risk Pregnant Women in Preventing Neonatal Jaundice

Objective To investigate the effect of Yinchen Decoction on the incidence rate of neonatal jaundice in high-risk pregnant women. Methods A total of 177 pregnant women who were willing to take Yinchen decoction during pregnancy for at least one month were enrolled as the study group, and 293 high-risk pregnant women who refused to take Yinchen Decoction were enrolled as the control group. The incidence of neonatal jaundice was compared between the two groups. Results Except the risk factors in the perinatal period, there were no significant differences in related factors between the two groups (P>0.05). The two groups also showed no significant didfferences in main antepartum liver function parameters (P>0.05), but the study group showed significantly lower incidence rates of neonatal physiological jaundice, pathological jaundice, abortion, and stillbirth than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion As for the high-risk pregnant women, Yinchen Decoction administered in the perinatal period can effectively reduce the incidence of neonatal jaundice. Prophylactic administration of traditional Chinese medicine during pregnancy has great clinical significance.
