摘    要:目的研究Sevag法去除黄芪粗多糖中蛋白质成分的效果。方法Sevag法去除蛋白质,以考马斯亮蓝法和苯酚-硫酸法测定黄芪粗多糖应用Sevag法前后蛋白质和多糖含量的变化。结果经过6次Sevag法处理后,黄芪粗多糖冻干粉中70.8%的蛋白质被去除,而多糖组分的含量变化不大,仅下降4.44%。结论Sevag法用于去除黄芪粗多糖中蛋白质成分切实可行,可作为纯化黄芪粗多糖的手段之一。

Abstract:Aim To study the effect of removing proteins from crude astragalus polysaccharides by sevag method.Methods Sevag method was adopted to remove proteins.Coomassie brilliant blue method and phonel-sulfuric acid method were used to determine the content variation of proteins and polysaccharides before and after Sevag method.Results 70.8% of proteins were removed by sevag method after treatment for 6 times while little change of the content of polysaccharide(only reduced by 4.44%) was found.Conclusion Sevag method can be used effectively to remove proteins from crude astragalus polysaccharide as well as an effective purification method.
