| 摘 要： | 目的：对肝源性溃疡的临床表现、诊断与治疗进行探讨。方法：回顾性分析17例肝源性溃疡患者的临床表现、胃镜检查和治疗情况。结果：愈合8例（47．05％），3年内多次复查仍末愈合者2例（11．70％）。结论：肝源性溃疡临床症状不典型、消化道出血率高，且难以治愈。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical manifestation,diagnosis and management of hepatogenic ulcer in 17 patients.Methods:The clinical manifestation,diagnosis and management of 17 patients with hepatogenic ulcer were analyzed,retrospectively.Results:8 patients with hepatogenic ulcer were cured(47.05%),2 cases were not cured in 3 years(11.7%).Conclusions:Hepatogenic ulcer has untypical clinical manifestation,high rate of alimentary tract hemorrhage,and it is hard to cure. |
