| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨经周围静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)进行肠外营养(TPN)的方法及意义.方法: 回顾分析近9年150例采用PICC施行TPN技术的临床资料.结果: 经PICC进行TPN技术成功129例(86%).21例插管失败,但无严重并发症.结论: 采用PICC施行TPN技术简便,安全可行.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study method and sense of parenteral nutrition through peripheral vein inserted central catheter. Methods: To review and analyse 150 patients used peripheral vein inserted central catheter (PICC) on doing parenteral nutrition retrospectively. Results: 129(86%)cases were successful ,and 21 cases failed,and no serious complications.Conclusion: PICC on doing parenteral nutrition is safely and simple. |
