右心室梗死临床分析

目的：探讨急性右心室梗死的早期临床表现、早期诊断与治疗。方法：根据临床表现，心电图的动态演变及心肌酶学的变化，早期诊断右心室梗死，合并右心功能不全、低血压及休克者，严密观察生命体征及心功能变化情况，适时、适度给予扩容治疗。结果：13例右心室梗死，10例合并右心功能不全及低血压休克，经扩容治疗后，治愈10例，死亡3例。结论：早期识别、早期诊断右心室梗死，严密监测生命体征，心功能变化情况，适时、适度扩容治疗，是治疗右心室梗死成功的关键。

Clinical Analysis of Right Ventricle Infarction

Objective explore the early clinical manifestation diagnosis and treatment of acute right ventricle infarction.Methods according to the clinical manifestation,ECG's dynamic change and myocardioenzymology change,early diagnosis of right ventricle infarction.For those with complication of incomplete right ventricle dysfunction hypotension or shock,pay close attention to their vital sign, heart function change,and expansion treatment should be given in due time.Results among 13 cases,10 cases were healed after treatment, 3 cases died.Conclusion the key of successful treatment are:early recongnize and diagnose the disease, pay close attension to their vital signs ,heart function change ,duely expansion treatment.
