数字化根尖片在邻面龋诊断中的应用研究

目的:探讨数字化根尖片对邻面龋诊断效力。方法:对于临床可疑为邻面龋的348名患者的567颗患牙,分别应用传统胶片成像法和Digora数字化根尖片系统拍摄根尖片,比较两种方法诊断结果。结果:Digora数字化根尖片对早期邻面浅龋X线诊断优于传统胶片法,对于中、深度邻面龋,两种方法诊断无差别,但Digora数字化根尖片辐射量大大减小。结论:Digora系统对邻面龋的X线诊断具有重要作用,尤其对于早期邻面龋,其诊断效力明显优于传统牙片。

The application of digital dental system on diagnose of proximal caries

Objective: To investigate the detective ability of digital dental radiographic system for proximal caries.Methods: The 567teeth suspected proximal caries form 348 patients were exposed with conventional and Digora radiographic methods.The detective ability of two methods for proximal caries were compared.Results: The detective abibity of Digora system was better than that of conventional radiology in early proximal caries,but no significant difference in middle and tea biscuit proximal caries.Digora system could reduce radiographic exposure largly.Conclusion: Digora system is very important for diagnose in proximal caries,especially for early proximal caries.The detective abibity of Digora system is better than that of conventional radiography.
