| 摘 要： | 目的 观察补肾调周法对造模大鼠性激素和胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的影响.方法 将60只大鼠随机分为6组,即空白组,模型组,补肾调周低、中、高剂量组,阳性对照组,每组各10只.除空白组外其余各组采用HCG+胰岛素(INS)建立多囊卵巢(Polycystic Ovary,PCO)动物模型.补肾调周法序贯治疗16 d后测定血清T、LH、E_2、INS含量,免疫组化法检测胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)在卵巢组织的表达,并在光镜下观察卵巢组织形态.结果 补肾调周法能显著降低PCO模型大鼠血清T,LH,E_2,INS含量,减少IGF-1在卵巢组织的表达,增加卵巢颗粒细胞层数,增加黄体组织数量.结论 补肾调周法可改善多囊卵巢综合征高胰岛素血症和高雄激素血症,且具有多途径、多环节、多靶点的特点. |
