| 摘 要： | 目的 应用St George's 呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评价慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)社区康复治疗前后的效果.方法 对40例COPD稳定期患者社区康复治疗前后分别进行SGRQ评分及FEV1%和FEV1 /FVC的测定.社区康复治疗前后SGRQ评分和FEV1 %和FEV1 /FVC进行配对t检验,评价SGRQ对COPD患者疾病严重性的有效性.结果 SGRQ各部分分值(呼吸症状、活动受限及疾病的影响)及总分值治疗前后有明显改善(P ＜0.01),FEV1%和FEV1 /FVC均增高.SGRQ各能区分值及总分值与FEV1%的相关性较好.结论 应用SGRQ评价COPD患者社区康复治疗的效果是可行和有意义的.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of St George's respiratory questionaire(SGRQ) in evaluating the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation of community patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).
