| 摘 要： | 患儿,女,生后1 h.因生后皮肤黄染、吐沫1 h入院.患儿系第2胎第2产,孕40周,因其母为疤痕子宫行剖宫产娩出.羊水Ⅲ°污染,脐带未见异常.生后即发现皮肤黄染、吐沫,转入我科.父母体健,非近亲结婚,无家族遗传病史.母孕2产2,无输血史,本次妊娠期体健.其姐7岁,健康.
