| 摘 要： | 功能性磁共振成像(fMRI)是脑功能成像技术中发展最迅速的新技术之一,目前已应用于神经科学的基础研究领域,并走向临床.特别是血氧水平依赖功能性磁共振成像(BOLD-fMRI)在神经、精神科学领域的研究进展迅速.本文综述了BOLD-fMRI的原理、应用及前景.

| Abstract: | Functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) is the newest technology in the field of brain functional imaging.It has been applied in basic area of neuroscience,and gradually used in clinic.Especially,the investigation of blood oxygen level dependent fMRI(BOLD-fMRI) in neurology and psychiatry developed quickly.It's summarized the principle,application and perspective of BOLD-fMRI. |
