46颗上前牙美容性牙冠延长术的疗效评价

目的:评价上前牙美容性牙冠延长术联合贵金属烤瓷冠修复的临床效果,分析影响其稳定性的主要因素,并探寻术后最佳修复时机。方法:对40例患者46颗上前牙行冠延长术,术后6个月行贵金属烤瓷冠永久修复,并随访至修复后1年。于术前、术后6周、术后6个月(修复前)、修复后6个月和1年随访观察并记录评价指标。结果:修复后1年颈缘适合性好,未出现牙周组织病变,牙龈颜色无明显染色。外观良好美观。结论:上前牙美容性牙冠延长术联合贵金属烤瓷冠修复可以达到良好的美容修复目的。

Clinical evaluation on aesthetic crown lengthening surgery of 46 upper anterior tooth
