| 摘 要： | 用阿苯达唑每日10mg/kg共3天或每日20mg/kg共3天治疗贾第虫病共63例。甲硝咪唑每日20mg/kg共3天治疗30例。结果包囊阴转率分别为:阿苯达唑71.9～93.5％,甲硝咪唑96.7％。表明阿苯达唑为有效抗贾第虫药物,其疗效与所用剂量有关。

| Abstract: | The newly synthesized antihelminthic, albendazole was used to treat 63 Patients with giardiasis.It was given orally in a dose of l0mg/kg Per day for 3 successive days or 20mg/kg Per day for 3 successive days. Concurrently metronidazole was used to treat the other 30 Patients,20mg/kg Per day for 3 successive days.Reaults showed that cyst negative conversion rates of albendazole were 78.1%, 71.9% and 90.5%, 93.5%, metronidazole 96.7 %, and 96.7% after 1 and 4 weeks of treatment respectively. The therapeutic trial showed that albendazole is an effective drug against giardiasis and that the side reactions are mild and transient in general. |
