鼻内镜术后明胶海绵加其他填塞物填塞止血临床观察

目的：比较单纯膨胀海绵和明胶海绵加其他填塞物在鼻内镜术后术腔填塞止血的临床效果。方法：选择鼻内镜术后病例82例,随机分为两组,单纯膨胀海绵填塞组（A组）和明胶海绵为主加其他填塞物填塞组（B组）,比较两组填塞物在鼻内镜术后止血效果差异。结果：明胶海绵组（B组）在术后止血及抽除填塞物后出血情况显著好于单纯膨胀海绵填塞组（A组）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：明胶海绵有止血性和可吸收性,因此,术后用明胶海绵加其他填塞物创面不易出血。

Hemostasia with gelatin sponge-based stuffing in postoperative management of endoscoplc sinus surgery

Objective:To compare the hemostasia effects of gelatin sponge-based stuffing and swelling sponge alone when applying for postoperative management of endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods: Eighty two patients who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided into swelling sponge group (group A) and gelatin sponge-based stuffing group (group B),the hemostasia effects of the two groups were compare. Results: The gelatin sponge-based stuffing group (group B) showed significant prior outcome concerning aspects like hemostasia effects or the bleeding condition when the stuffing were taken out (P<0.05). Conclusion: The gelatin sponge is hemostatic and absorbable;therefore,the gelatin sponge based stuffing is good for postoperative hemostasia.
