刺五加叶中的主要活性成分分析

目的:分析刺五加叶中的主要活性成分.方法:采用多种试剂及仪器对刺五加叶的氨基酸、无机元素、总糖、黄酮进行了含量测定.结果:刺五加叶中含有16种氨基酸,其中7种为人体所必需的,以谷氨酸和天门冬氨酸的含量最高.并含有22种无机元素,其中宏量元素3种,微量元素10余种;测得刺五加叶中总糖含量为1.85%,总黄酮含量为2.61%.结论:成分的明确为刺五加质量控制新模式提供了依据.
