527例冰毒依赖者情况调查分析

目的：探讨本地吸食冰毒者的社会人口学特点、吸毒及戒毒状况。方法：使用吸食、注射毒品滥用调查表和临床治疗医疗档案，对2009年在温州市某强制隔离戒毒所的527例冰毒依赖者逐一统计、分析；戒毒治疗方法主要干戒、对症治疗。结果：（1）冰毒依赖者虽男性明显多于女性，但女性吸食者所占比例升高幅度较大；（2）吸食者年龄跨度大，主要集中在20岁至40岁之间；（3）吸毒影响家庭的稳固性，离婚率高达12．4%；（4）复吸率高，复吸者高达87％；（5）吸食冰毒者文化层次较低，初中及初中以下占91．3％；（6）吸食冰毒者呈逐年上升趋势。结论：加强毒品危害宣传、加大扫毒力度、严格依法治毒；应用对症治疗，解除躯体依赖症状，疗效较好。

Analysis of 527 methamphetamine hydrochloride addicts

Objective： Discuss the characters, drug addiction and compulsory drug addiction rehabilitation of local methamphetamine hydrochloride addicts. Methods： Analyze and statistic the 527 drug addicts who are from a certain compulsory rehabilitation in Wenzhou, 2009, with the methamphetamine hydrochloride addiction questionnaires and clinical care records. The main therapies are compulsory without medicines and heteropathy. Results： First, there are much more male methamphetamine hydrochloride addicts than female ones, but the amount of female addicts is increasing sharply. Second, there is a extended span of addicts＇ age. They are mainly between 20 to 40. Third, drug addiction affect the family file. It makes the divorce rate high to 12.4%. Fourth, nearly 87% of the addicts will take drug again no long after rehabilitation. Fifth, most of the addicts have received little education. 91.3% of them are at or under middle school level. Sixth, there are more and more methamphetamine hydrochloride addicts year by year. Conclusion： We need to let more people know the drug＇s harm to human; strength drug enforcement, control drugs strictly. Heteropathy will help.
