| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨健康教育对青年高血压治疗的作用。方法:针对青年高血压特点,对24例住院首诊高血压的青年患者进行干预性健康教育。结果:与对照组相比,试验组在出院时及院外随访6个月期间遵医率和血压控制率显著提高。结论:包括生活方式、心理、疾病相关知识宣讲等内容的系列健康教育具有提高首诊青年高血压患者的服药依从性,改善生活方式,最终提高控制率的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of health education on young hypertension.Method For 24 hospitalized young hypertension patients had been given health education according to the characteristics of the young hypertension.Results Compared with the control group,in hospital and outside the hospital during follow-up of 6 months,the blood pressure control rate and treatment compliance rate increased significantly.Conclusion The health education concluding improved lifestyle,psychological education and publicity related knowledge could raise compliance and improve lifestyle,eventually improve the control rate. |
