| 摘 要： | 目的：观察空管药物疗法治疗窦道型根尖周炎的疗效；方法：选窦道型根尖周炎患者111例(124牙)，其中乳牙49例(55牙)，恒牙62例(69牙)。常规清理根管，FC棉捻封管一周后，进行空管治疗。结果：空管药物疗法对乳牙及恒牙的总有效率分别为87．3％和87．0％；结论：空管药物疗法对窦道型根尖周炎是一种疗效肯定的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of empty tube treatment on sinus spical peri-odonitis(SAP). Methods: 111 cases(124 teeth) of SAP, included 55 opalescent teeth,69 secomdary teeth. The root tube was cleaned routinly, Sealed by FC coffon absorbent for one week, Then treated by the empty tube pharmacotherapy. Results:The effective rate of empty tube pharmacotherapy were 87. 3 % for opalescent teeth and 87.05 % for secondary teeth. Conclusion:The results suggest that empty tube pharwacotherapy is an effective method for sinus apical periodontitis. |
