半导体激光治疗牙本质敏感症的临床观察

目的观察半导体激光治疗牙本质敏感症的临床效果。方法应用MDC-500半导体激光治疗仪,对于因磨耗、牙龈萎缩、楔状缺损及牙釉质裂纹,所致牙本质敏感症40例140颗牙做半导体激光照射,观察其临床疗效。结果应用半导体激光治疗的40例140颗患牙激光照射1个疗程,临床有效率100%,1个月后复查有效率为94%。结论半导体激光治疗牙本质敏感症的近期疗效满意,而且对牙体组织无损害,方便、快捷,无痛苦。

Clinical Observation on Dentine Hypersensitivity Treated with Semiconductor Laser

Objective To study the clinical effect at semiconductor laser on dentine hypersensitivity. Methods The 140 teeth having dentine hypersensitivity were radiated with semiconductor laser to observe their clinical effect. Results Of 140 teeth having dentine hypersensitivity in 40 cases after one couse of laser theatmeat,the effective rate had reached 100%. During the re - examnation after one month,the effective rate was 94%. Conclusion It was suggested that the near effect of semiconductor laser on dentine hypersensitivity was satifactory. It might be a safe and better therapy without any damage for teeth.
