流动人口与常住人口人工流产情况对比调查

目的:找出流动人口中人工流产的高发人群和高发因素,从而在效的控制和降低流动人口的人工流产率,保护妇女的生殖健康,提高对流动人口计划生育管理的工作水平。方法:采用现场随机调查的方法,对5576名行人工流产的妇女进行问卷调查。结果:流动人口的平均年龄、孕次、产次及人工流产次均小于常住人口;未婚、个体人员、初中以下文化程度、不了解避孕知识、因未避孕导致本次意外妊娠、因未婚行人工流产的比例均高于常住人口。结论:流动人口是人工流产人群中的高发人群,针对其高发风险因素提出了相应的对策,重点加强管理。

A Contrastive investigation of the induced abortion between resident and migratory population.

Objective : To find high risk crowd or factor of induced abortion between resident and migratory population in order to reduce unwilling pregnancy and induced abortion. Method :To select 5576 wemen with induced abortion to answer the questions on the paper, with random, sample. Results: The medial ages, pregnant times, productive times , and induced abortion times of the migratory population are less than that of the resident poppulation. And some factor's inverse proportions of the migratory popula- tion are higher than that of the resident population, for example, unmarried, unfixed occupation junior middle school and it's before of culture, having no knowledge of contraception,unwilling pregnancy of no using contraception,induced abortion for unmarried , and so on. Conclusion: The migratory popula-tion is at the high risk,of induced abortion,for that some effect steps against high risk factors have to be brought forward and the management strengthened.
