深化外科学实验教学改革 提高教学质量

Deepening Reform in Surgical Experiment Education to Improve Quality of Teaching

The principle of our reform in surgical experiment education involved teachers' acting in accordance with the objective actuality,in the interest of improving teaching quality,and getting hold of key issues.Firstly,their attitude was corrected,their cognition was improved.Secondly,the content of surgical experiment teaching was reasonably rearranged and combined.Thirdly,medical ethics was cultivated and strengthened.Fourthly,regulations of surgical experiment education were consummated and enhanced.The evaluation of surgical experiment teaching was quantified through strict examination.Through these methods,the quality of surgical experiment teaching has been improved,and the objective of medical education to nurture medical talents with high quality has been achieved.As a result,satisfactory teaching results have been obtained.
