| 摘 要： | EpCAM基因具有调节细胞增殖、分化、迁移等多种生物学功能.研究表明,EpCAM可通过促进细胞增殖、免疫逃逸等机制促成肿瘤发生.EpCAM基因在上皮性肿瘤中广泛表达,EpCAM过表达常提示肿瘤预后不良.最近研究显示,某些基于EpCAM抗体的新技术和新药物能够准确、高效地检测并特异地杀灭肿瘤细胞.因此,EpCAM可以作为一种新的标记物用于肿瘤的诊断、治疗及预后判断.

| Abstract: | EpCAM gene plays a significant role in modulation of proliferation,differentiation,and migration of epithelial cells.Researches show that EpCAM contributes to tumorigenesis by promoting the cell proliferation and facilitating the immune escape.EpCAM is widely expressed in most epithelial carcinomas,and EpCAM over-expression is related to poor prognosis.It has been recently demonstrated that new technologies and agents based on EpCAM-antibodies can detect tumour cells accurately and promptly,and hence kill them specifically.Therefore,EpCAM could be used as a new marker in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of carcinoma. |
